So...this soup is amazing! It's one of my all time favorites! Instead of Taco Seasoning and 3/4 Cup of Rice, I put in 1 Bag of Lipton Rice Sides in the "Taco Rice" flavor and then about 1/2 bag of McCormick Chili Seasoning. SOOOO yummy! We serve it with sour cream, a little pepper jack cheese, and blue corn tortilla chips and it's great!

I definitely want to help you guys out and get you started off right with the cookware. I am available here today until 4:00, CST and tomorrow from 10:00 – 6:00, we can walk through any specific issues that you need to work on – typically, if someone is having some issues with sticking, it just takes a few tweaks and you’re off to the races. Usually, I can help customers in your situation over the phone, but if needed, I can certainly try to arrange someone to come out to your home (even myself) and walk you through some cooking one on one.

I also have a sheet with some general cooking instructions on the cookware for fresh meats, frozen meats, rice, pasta, and veggies as well as about 60 pages of recipes from cooking schools that are specifically written for waterless cooking. Please let me know if you would like to have those and I’ll email them to you right away.

I look forward to getting everything straightened out soon for you.

This has got to be untrue. I have had this cookware since May 08 and it is now late Oct. 08 and the cookware SUCKS!! I am a cooker, everyday I make meals for my family. Rather healthy and good cooking for everyone to enjoy. After reading the cooking instructions I do have to say I WAS excited to start cooking in a "new" way. But it just wasn't like when my finace and I want to the meeting. The cookware always needs something on it to make the food in it come off. EVERYTHING sticks to it... EVERYTHING. I feel as though I am stuck with this cookware that I use daily and stains and streches very easily.
It doesn't cook fast, it cooks the same as every other piece of cookware I have ever owned. Disappointed is just the beginning of how I feel for this cookware that we got suckered into buying.
We were newly engaged happy and crazy in love we went to this with reservations, after 3 hours of non stop talking to us were we suckered into buying a set of these pots and pans.

This person, whoever really wrote this has to been either 1 on something or 2 paid off because these pots and pans are ridiculous... we are now scared to even use the "free" vacation.

As a word of caution I would beware!!!

Thank you for mentioning the benefits of a honeymoon registry and describing the attributes behind this increasingly mainstream registry option for engaged couples.

It is great to see how popular the honeymoon registry is becoming. When Traveler's Joy first started accepting Members over four years ago, we realized there was a large number of engaged couples that were not satisfied with the diversity of the traditional wedding registry market. Since then, the honeymoon registry has become a mainstream option for brides and grooms and the industry has experienced significant growth.

We are proud to have helped thousands of couples travel to destinations they may never have considered - a great feeling for everyone at Traveler's Joy.

I encourage you to contact us with any questions about our service. Most importantly, enjoy your honeymoon!

Best Regards,

Hello Erica,

It was a short but meaningful post. The thing that really caught my attention is when you mentioned coconut oil is predominantly medium chain triglycerides (MCT). Yes, MCTs are rarely stored as body fat because they are typically sent to the liver to be converted into energy to power metabolism.

Thanks for mentioning MCTs! Too often, people just keep saying coconut oil is SATURATED FAT THIS AND SATURATED FAT THAT! They almost always forget to say or simply don't know that coconut oil is mostly MCTs, which is what sets it apart from almost all other dietary oils and fats.

Mark, Dr. Mercola is indeed a big fan of coconut oil. And you know Dr. Mercola is not one who doesn't do his homework on anything he says or recommends.

Cheers,
Frederick

Thanks for your post. I started using coconut oil for a lot of things, and find it very useful and healthy. Dr. Mercola is a big fan of coconut oil. I use it to season my cast iron pans, as well as cooking with it. It's great for coconut shrimp! Mmmmm!

I could not agree with you more on this! I have 4 children and need organization. I recently started putting my spices into baskets in my cabinets. It helps make it look tidy. I can easily see whatI have or need. I lable them with a date so I know if it has been in there a little too long. I have done the same for the bathroom closet. As for the mop, I saw that and wondered if it works. Good to hear it does. Now I can feel better about getting one. Thank you.
